Hello, sorry for the English. I see that you are using the Enable Latch (pin 11) to open the ports but you should be using the Output Control (pin 1). http://www.ancr.org/datasheet/logic/74HC573.pdf Connect all the 74HC573Â’s pin 11 (Enable Latch) to +5V. Connect port 14 to your #1 74HC573 pin 1 (Output Control).
